Kelly Cove is not responsible for any damages suffered during shipping, though items will be wrapped with bubblewrap and waterproof packaging for protection.

1. All orders come with book related bookmark.
2. Please allow 1-5 weeks for shipping depending on printer delays.
3. If you want an item to ship before a pre-order item is available, please place two separate orders, otherwise all items will ship when the preorder becomes available.
4. If you would like to combine orders to save on shipping overseas, I need both parties to email admin@kellycove.shop before placing an order.
5. Payments are final. No refunds or returns are allowed after the item(s) shipped. Though shipping comes with insurance and we can file a claim for lost items.
6. International buyers (outside the United Kingdom) any taxes or duties imposed by the buyer's country or local government are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Cancelations and/or refunds before the order has shipped will include a deduction of 5% for PayPal/payment processing fees as PayPal and payment processing options retain these.
8. All orders are tracked and you will receive an email with Royal Mail with the traking number.
9. All buyers must be strictly 18 + and I am within my right to cancel orders if found to be under the age of 18.
